Animefest 2025 – Workshop application

Do you want to be part of this year’s Animefest programme? Do you want to share a skill with others or give them the opportunity to take home something they’ve made themselves? If so, we are once again looking for people like you who would like to enrich the programme with a workshop.

What kind of workshops are we looking for?

• New and recurring: Unlike talks, we also welcome workshops that have been held in previous years or participants who aren’t afraid to repeat a workshop at the festival.
• Movement-based, creative, or educational: Dance, theater, fashion accessories, cosplay crafting, or even Japanese language lessons. Of course, we especially appreciate workshops that are thematic and connected to Japan or fan subcultures.

What you can expect in return:

• Access to the festival for the whole weekend.
• The ability to skip the queue via the performer entrance.
• Meal vouchers based on the workshop's scope.
• Potential for future collaboration.

This form is for workshop applications, but submitting it does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified via email about whether your workshop has been accepted or not. The application deadline is April 22, 2023.
